Most Disliked
Some visitors express concerns about the ordering process, as it lacks traditional table service. Guests place their orders at the counter and wait for the food to be brought to them, which might not appeal to those who expect a more leisurely dining experience.
Additionally, a few diners find the prices slightly steep, especially for families, with a typical meal for a group costing around $90 to $100. While quality food comes at a price, some hope for more affordable choices to enhance the overall experience.
Moreover, a handful of patrons report waiting times during peak hours, which might detract from the hurried lunch or dinner outings. Still, the restaurant's lively atmosphere and tasty offerings often make the wait worthwhile.

First time going and the food was amazing. The flavor is great. The fries are good. It's a unique place in that there isn't really normal table service. If you want bar drinks you order that going in. Order your food and other drinks at the counter and they bring it to you. Refill fountain drink machine as well. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. They have multiple unique beers on tap. The atmosphere was fine although not quite like sitting down in a booth and hanging out but still comfortable. My only downside was I thought it was a bit expensive but I also know that is the norm nowadays. I will return on occasion and definitely recommend it.

Try it out for yourself and experience the great staff, food and atmosphere. I ordered one regular burger with bacon, one wagyu burger, a order of fries, two adult drinks and 3 kids meals and spent around $85. Our drinks was GREAT the bar tender knew what she was doing and the cooks knew what medium well is!! There was no waste of food. They are cashless (have that plastic ready to pay for your order).😉

A nice stop for food next to Trader Joe’s. The Diablo bowl lives up to its name. Son rated the hamburger 9/10 of his food of choice. Fulfilling and great fast service. Worth the stop!

Great, attentive service. The food was delicious (had The French man, good burger!). I passionately hate Brussel Sprouts, but i ate their truffle Brussels and they were great - I ate more brussel sprouts at your restaurant than I have ever eaten in my life! Other side was nacho fries and they were good!

My family were visiting Tallahassee this weekend. I’ve only really been to the area for Florida State football games before, so this was a change of pace. The Temple open house we planned to attend was Saturday, so Friday night was free. We wanted to try something we don’t get to enjoy in our hometown of Lakeland FL and Hopdoddy looked intriguing online. When we arrived there was plenty of parking and the place was neat and organized. When I looked up there was a massive sign with signature fries, so I gathered that must be something visit for. We had regular fries, nacho fries and Parmesan truffle fries - all shareable sized. They were delicious. The nacho fries were tossed in very nice seasoning, had avocado and much needed sour cream (to harness the spice). Yummy. The regular fries were crunchy and tasty. Nothing terribly special, but tasty. The truffle and parmesan fries were delicious. They also had a dipping sauce, but I am not sure what it was. My son had the slider happy hour special. The meat was tasty and it was filling. My daughter had a burger with pesto, goat cheese, mushrooms and more. We really enjoyed that one. Just different from other places. We were full, on savory items, so we ordered a couple Oreo shakes and a Nutella and pretzel shake. Excellent. We love the consistency, the flavors, and the large spouted, shake-friendly straws. A great finish to the meal. We don’t drink alcohol, so the soda fountain was quite adequate. It was about $90 for the four of us, and not all of use had entrees, so it felt a little steep for burgers and fries, but the environment was very pleasant and the whole experience was enjoyable. I would recommend it for a place to try if you’re visiting the area. The service was very good. I believe we had some special needs adults helping us. We like this because our 26 year daughter is a special needs adult, and we like the good example others show to her. Thanks for a good evening meal out as a family.

Such a cute place! I've never been to a burger place that has a full bar and happy hour, Grub is unique. I ordered the spicy burger cooked medium rare and it was delicious. I'm a chili head so it definitely could have been spicier but all in all it was great. The fries were hot and crispy, it was a delicious lunch.

Phenomenal! I got their happy hour sliders (unsure of actual burger name) and it was heaven, sweet Hawaiian roll buns, jammy caramelized onion, and a good portion of burger per slider, we also got a gluten free burger, the Diablo burger, the bacon jammy jammy burger and 2 orders of truffle fries! It was all so good and worth the price. (Fries were $9 an order and burgers range 10 to 15$)
